What is CareLink Oklahoma?
CareLink Oklahoma LLC is a state-approved healthcare education and certification company that provides accessible, high-quality training for aspiring healthcare professionals. Our flagship program is the Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Training Program, designed to prepare students for a rewarding entry into the healthcare field.
What makes CareLink different?
CareLink Oklahoma offers a hybrid learning model that combines self-paced online coursework with in-person skills training. This flexible structure allows students to complete lessons on their own schedule while still receiving guided instruction and evaluation from licensed nursing professionals.
CNA Training Program
How long does the CNA program take to complete?
Most students complete the CNA program in 2–6 weeks, depending on their personal pace and scheduling of in-person skills training.
What does the CNA course include?
- Online coursework, including the required first 16 hours of foundational instruction before any resident contact
- In-person skills training at CareLink’s classroom location
- Final competency evaluation conducted by a registered nurse instructor
- Class book provided (Hartman’s Nursing Assistant Care Curriculum)
Who teaches the CNA course?
All instruction and skills evaluations are led by Registered Nurse Amy Scearce, RN, our lead instructor and evaluator.
What are the classroom or technology requirements?
Students must have:
- Wi-Fi access
- A computer, laptop, or tablet capable of completing online coursework
- The provided Hartman textbook (included with tuition)
Enrollment & Admission
What are the enrollment requirements?
To enroll, students must provide the following:

When can I start?
Enrollment is open year-round, and because the program is self-paced, students can begin their online coursework at any time after enrollment.
Tuition & Fees
How much does the CNA course cost?
The total tuition for the CNA program is $800, which includes:
- Online coursework
- In-person skills training
- Final competency evaluation
- Hartman CNA textbook
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can reserve your seat with a deposit, and the remaining balance must be paid before completing the course.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, money orders, and employer sponsorships.
Testing & Certification
What happens after I complete the program?
After successfully completing your online and in-person training, you’ll be eligible to take the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Competency Exam. Once passed, your name will be added to the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
Where do I take the state exam?
Testing is available at approved testing centers or can be coordinated through CareLink Oklahoma.
What if I don't pass the exam on the first try?
You may retake the exam up to three times within one year of completing your training.

What is the average pay for CNAs in Oklahoma?
